Cenlar Connection Issue Resolved

The connectivity issue that impacted our ability to send/receive external email and deliveries via our MoveIt Transfer system has been resolved, and we are now back to normal functionality. Thank you for your patience.

Technicians for our internet provider identified a problem with a fiber, and repaired the circuit. This outage impacted external email and file transfer servers, which are housed at our data center, and did not affect any application already migrated to the Cloud. Our Cloud migration enabled external-facing websites like CenAccess, CenNet, Global Teller, NLAI, New Loan XML Submissions and Meta to remain accessible, and allowed for a speedier recovery.

Reports, like branch feeds, sent to Cenlar after 11:45 a.m. Monday may have not been received, and should be resent. If you received an error message after attempting to process a branch payment file after 11:45 a.m. yesterday, you will need resend it. We also will continue to monitor incoming branch payment feeds for abnormalities, like duplicates, and report any applicable findings to you directly.
