Cenlar Experience Connectivity Issues February 19, 2025

On Tuesday February 19th we experienced network connectivity issues that impacted client applications, including Global Teller, CenAccess, NLAI and XML Loan Submissions, as well as the homeowner Document Center on CenNet. The call centers were fully operational and there was no disturbance to overnight reporting. All issues were resolved by 11:25 a.m. ET February 19th. The cause is due to a certificate issue. We are continuing to monitor this and will share more information as we are able.
