Cenlar Call Center Issue February 21, 2025

The Customer Interaction (CI) call center experienced a connectivity issue on Friday 21, 2025. It was closed while troubleshooting for a short amount of time. Client access to our systems was not impacted and neither was the Default Call Center. The issue was resolved shortly after 5 p.m. ET and we will provide more information about the root cause once available.
