HousingWire Recognizes Cenlar for Technological Innovation
We’re thrilled to announce that HousingWire has named Cenlar FSB to its Tech100 for 2025.
In its article, HousingWire cited Cenlar’s Generative AI solution, which automates live chat conversation summarization for agents, driving measurable efficiency gains and elevating homeowner experiences. By alleviating repetitive administrative tasks, this technology allows our agents to dedicate more time to assisting homeowners, enhancing service quality while reducing operational costs.
It’s just one of the many innovations in place or on the way at Cenlar. If you’d like to learn more, you can hear four Cenlar executives discuss our work to transform the organization and industry during our latest Update with Cenlar Leadership. You can find a recording of the Feb. 13 panel on CenAccess, under Advisories.
We thank you for your partnership in this work and always appreciate the opportunity to talk with you about the investments, enhancements and progress we’re making across the business.

Get What You Need With Self-Serve Recorded Lien Releases in MetaStor

Clients with access to the MetaStor document repository can quickly and easily serve themselves directly from the application. For a full list of the insurance docs available on MetaStor, please see our Feb. 10, 2025 issue of the Client Bulletin.
What You Need to Do
