Cenlar FSB Announces Executive Promotions

September 15, 2015 Ewing NJ – In a move coinciding with the ongoing growth of Cenlar FSB, the election of David J. Miller, Jr. and Stephen W. Gozdan to the position of Executive Vice President (EVP) was announced recently by Gregory S. Tornquist, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cenlar FSB.

Both men will retain their current position titles: Dave as Business Development Director and Steve as Chief Financial Officer. Both are also members of Cenlar FSB’s Executive Committee.

In their tenure with the company, Dave and Steve have helped to oversee steady expansion. They have both consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving systems and processes within Cenlar and have built strong, experienced teams helping Cenlar navigate an increasingly complex mortgage servicing environment. Their advancement underscores the company’s promote from within philosophy, providing experienced and seasoned leadership to guide the company as it expands.

Responsible for all financial activities, Steve additionally oversees HR, Information Technology, Compliance, Facilities, Security and the company’s Project Management Office.

Dave, with experience in mortgage servicing, operations and strategic planning oversees Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Product Development and all Corporate Communications at Cenlar.
