Closing Disclosure Replacing the HUD1

Effective with the implementation of TRID, all new loans closing under the new forms will require the Closing Disclosure instead of the HUD1.  To minimize any changes needed for the image file delivery, we will use the same doc type and index currently in place for the HUD1 for the closing disclosure.

Please send all Closing Disclosure forms under the index code ASIDL7  HUD1 Settlement Statement.  As of this date, there are no other changes and no additional documents you need to provide as a result of TRID on new loans boarded on a flow basis.
