Noteworthy Updates:

• Impact Assessments for Successors in Interest and Periodic Billing Statements – Bankruptcy have been completed.
• Business Requirements have been completed and provided for Small Servicers, Definition of Delinquency, and Force-Placed Insurance.

The Following Updates are Scheduled for the April Update:

• Business Requirements for Loss Mitigation, Prompt Payment Crediting, Loss Mitigation Servicing Transfers, Requests for Information, Early Intervention and Periodic Statements
