See How Your Homeowners Interact With Us: Introducing the Homeowner Engagement Dashboard

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide our clients with ongoing innovation to enhance service capabilities, we are excited to announce that we have made improvements to the CenAcces Client Portal, including a new Homeowner Engagement Dashboard.

The Homeowner Engagement Dashboard offers first of its kind visibility into homeowner digital activity and interaction trends. We also are introducing the below enhancement to the Portfolio Insights Dashboard and existing reports:

  • Monthly and Daily Dashboard reports have been updated to replace the legacy County Code with standardized FIPS County Code, supporting improved accuracy, consistency and alignment with federal reporting conventions.

Portfolio insight users will also have access to Pennymac transition documents that we are making available for you to obtain information about the transition. These documents are available in the Compliance section of Portfolio Insights, which has been renamed to Transition / Compliance on the tab.

Other additional enhancements to CenAcces include:

  • Within the Compliance section of CenAccess, we have updated the naming convention of the Vendor Heat Map to align with the Critical Vendor Performance Updates. All existing documents are still available for your access.

 

These updates reflect our continued commitment to enhancing clarity, expanding analytical depth and delivering a more intuitive client experience across our technology platforms.

 

Cenlar Leaders Attended MBA National Advocacy Conference 2026

Vice President of Business Development Len Patton represented Cenlar at the Mortgage Bankers Association’s National Advocacy Conference (MBA NAC) in Washington, D.C., April 14–15.

As the Mortgage Action Alliance (MAA) Ambassador for New Jersey, Len led the state’s delegation on Capitol Hill on April 15, advocating for key housing priorities.

COO Leslie Peeler also attended MBA NAC 2026, where she addressed the newest cohort of MBA Future Leaders.

Cenlar is proud to have three leaders participating in this year’s Future Leaders class: Valerie De La Fuente, Director of Enterprise Change Management, Matthew Conner, Vice President of LMA and Loss Mitigation and William Keller, Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Their involvement reflects Cenlar’s continued commitment to leadership development and industry advocacy.

 

Matt Detwiler to Speak at IMN’s Mortgage Servicing Rights Conference

Senior Vice President of Business Development Matt Detwiler will be speaking at IMN’s Mortgage Servicing Rights conference, April 29-30 in Dallas.

Matt, along with industry peers, will sit on a panel titled, AI, Data & Tech in MSR Management: Reducing Servicing Costs Through Innovation.

The discussion will touch on some of the following topics:

  • AI use cases in MSR operations.
  • AI, data analytics and predictive models and whether it improves loss mitigation, GNMA buyout risk, delinquency management and recapture readiness.
  • Machine-learning tools to best forecast borrower behavior, reveal cross-selling opportunities and support more personalized servicing engagement.
  • How technology is improving MSR investment decisions.

 

SVP Jackie Torres at Five Star Government Forum

Senior Vice President of Core Operations Jackie Torres was at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. for the 2026 Five Star Government Forum, April 14-15. The forum is a key gathering point for mortgage servicing leaders and government partners to tackle the industry’s biggest issues and shape the path forward.

Jackie joined MP Access, the MortgagePoint podcast known for spotlighting influential voices across servicing, regulation, technology and operations.
