New Updates to Cenaccess

We continue to make enhancements to CenAccess to better assist you in accessing data more effectively.

The most recent enhancements to CenAccess, launched on May 29 include:

• Principal Balance Display. Display full dollar amount of principal balances versus abbreviated balances (i.e. $58,444,123 vs $58.44M).
• Timeframe Filtering. Introducing an additional timeframe for more filtered view options including prior day, prior month for each of the individual past six months.

New Homeowner Text List Available

We have posted a list on CenAccess of all the texts that we send to homeowners.

To access this list, go to the Reference Materials menu on CenAccess, and select “User Manuals.” It is saved as List_of_Borrower_Text_Messages.20250515.

Juneteenth Observance

Cenlar will be closed on Thursday, June 19, 2025 in observance of Juneteenth. Any files received on Thursday, June 19 will be processed the night of Friday, June 20.
