Your Opinion is a Critical Component to our Success – Please Complete Cenlar’s Annual Client Experience Survey

As your trusted partner, your opinion of how we’re doing is essential to the service we provide to you and your homeowners. That’s why in addition to our regular touch points, every fall we ask you to complete a client experience survey.

Look for a link to this year’s survey to arrive in your inbox today (Monday, Oct. 6) from MarketCast (surveys@cenlar.marketcast.com). The survey will be available for two weeks, and should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Each link is personalized to you and your relationship with us, so please don’t forward the survey on to anyone else. If you think you didn’t receive your invitation, please contact your client manager.

True partnership means listening to what you have to say, and we take what you say very seriously. Your feedback is shared across our organization from the top down so that we may use it to shape how we improve our care for you and your homeowners.

We’re making tremendous progress, but we always want to hear from you. We know there’s always opportunity to enhance how we serve you and your homeowners — which is why we need to hear from you.

Thank you for your partnership!

Cenlar Contact Centers Open on Indigenous Peoples’ Day

Monday, Oct. 13 is a floating holiday at Cenlar. Our contact centers will remain open, and representatives will be available to assist homeowners.

Some back-office areas at Cenlar will be closed.

There will also be no reporting run on Oct. 13, 2025. Any files received then will resume the next business day. Reporting extracts will be available the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 15.

Cenlar Government Shutdown Update

Cenlar is closely monitoring the federal government shutdown and continues to be prepared for resulting impacts to homeowners, as well as servicing operations.

Making sure that homeowners receive the help they need is our first concern. The loan code for homeowners affected by the shutdown is GSD (Government Shutdown).

To date, we have received guidance from FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and the Mortgage Partnership Finance Program (MPF). This guidance is going through our Regulatory Change Management process. We are still waiting for direction from VA and USDA.

We continue to assess the impacts to government-dependent functions, such as flood certifications, and adjust our processes accordingly.

We will continue to communicate with you as more information becomes available.

As always, please reach out to your client manager with any questions.

Thank you.

Cenlar Leaders Speak at Mortgage Bankers Association Compliance and Risk Management Conference

Last week, Chief Risk Officer Sara Avery and Vice President of Compliance Courtney Brown spoke on panels at the MBA Compliance and Risk Management Conference.

Avery, along with fellow panelists, discussed the topic Pressure to Precision – Adapting Resilient Risk Frameworks. As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, panelists talked about how mortgage lenders must adapt their risk and control frameworks to navigate increasing scrutiny – particularly at the state level.

Brown sat on a panel that discussed the topic: Calling, Collecting, Complying – The New Rules of Borrower Engagement. The session examined key regulatory developments shaping the mortgage servicing landscape.

We’re Enhancing the New CenAccess – Here’s What You Need to Know

Now Live: Global Teller SSO, CenAccess Client Portal Landing Page and New Dashboards

Last week, we launched Global Teller SSO access via the new CenAccess Client Portal with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Global Teller users. Global Teller users will now log into CenAccess, access MFA for enhanced security using their mobile phone for authentication, and log into Global Teller using the ‘Loan Data’ tile with one set of credentials for ease of access. They will also have access to other tools and functions on the CenAccess Client portal with existing provisioned access.

In addition, if you access Portfolio Insights and CenAccess dashboards, we have a new dashboard and other enhancements for your use. New features include:

• New Complaints Dashboard
• Filter by newly boarded loans – Existing Portfolio Changes tab
• Add Forced Place Insurance Data to Existing Portfolio Dashboard

These are just one small step in our evolution of CenAccess.

Announcing New SSO and CenAccess Client Portal Landing Page to CCM Users

We’re continuing the migration of client-facing applications to SSO with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for CCM users on Oct. 27.

CCM users will log into CenAccess, access MFA for enhanced security using their mobile phone for authentication, and log into CCM using the ‘Create a Ticket’ tile with one set of credentials for ease of access. They will also have access to other tools and functions on the new CenAccess Client portal with existing provisioned access.

We will also be boarding all Meta, MoveIT, PolicyTech, Cenlar Call Recordings and Branch Bank Payment System users that have not already boarded to the new CenAccess Client portal in preparation for their future migration to SSO. The tiles they will select to access the application will all show the former application name in the upper right corner of the individual tile for easy selection and transition.

CCM and other application users listed above that have used each application within the last 60 days will receive emails on Oct. 20 informing them of the details. CCM users not already using CenAccess will receive an additional email on Oct. 27 with login credentials and instructions on how to log in and utilize MFA using their mobile phones.

We will also be adding other new and exciting enhancements such as a consolidated login experience moving from two log-in screens to one, as well as new dashboards: a Delinquency Trending and HELOC Dashboard accessible from a new additional dashboards section on CenAccess Portfolio Insights.

Keep an eye out in future editions of the Bulletin for information about more new enhancements and other SSO application rollouts and timing.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your client manager.

Legacy CenAccess Daily and Monthly Dashboard Reports Are Retiring

In Q1 2026, the legacy Monthly and Daily Dashboards Excel reports appearing on CenAccess Portfolo Insights, under the Reports section, will be retired. Clients can already access this same information via the new interactive dashboard front-and-center on the main page.

The new and interactive dashboard, launched in March 2025, provides greater data analysis capabilities with drill throughs, sorting and data download.

If you haven’t seen the new Portfolio Dashboard, log in to CenAccess and experience the difference.
