Continued Severe Weather Impact
On Tuesday, February 16 we shared a Client Advisory regarding the severe weather across the Midwest and other parts of the United States and how it was affecting our operations.
As many as 30% of our vendor partners and call center agents are still being impacted by power outages. We are carefully monitoring the situation. As agents are able to reconnect, we are bringing them on board to resume their work of caring for your borrowers.
