Freddie Mac Investor Reporting Change Initiative (IRCI)

Freddie Mac is converting its Single-Family investor reporting requirements to more closely align with the industry standard, and Cenlar is dedicated to making this a smooth transition for our clients.  We have a project management team assigned to this initiative who will actively engage all impacted areas to test the change. To keep our clients informed on our progress, we will provide periodic status updates as we get closer to implementation of May 16, 2019.
