Member Email Communication Update

We have exciting news! Beginning May 1st, all email correspondence to your borrowers will feature your organization’s name in the “from” email address.
Specifically, the new email address your borrowers will see will be your company name as it appears in your website url at loanadministration.com (Example: Yourname@loanadministration.com).
We are confident that this change will enhance both communication delivery as well as the private-label service experience that we provide to your borrowers.
