We are excited to announce the rollout of our new Policy and Procedure platform, PolicyTech. PolicyTech allows us to centralize, simplify and strengthen our policy and procedure management lifecycle, allowing easy accessibility of our policies.
PolicyTech provides enhanced features allowing users the ability to find policies and procedures quickly using powerful search functionality. Users can find any document they are looking for within seconds using the robust search functionality of the policy management software. Keywords, Document Title and Full Text searches can be performed. Users can also find and sort documents according to standard or regulation, word or phrase. The archiving and automatic versioning feature ensures our clients and employees have access to the most up to date version of the policy or procedure, as well as the document history.
