Our servicing system provider will be undergoing a data center migration starting Saturday, February 17th at 9:00 am EST with an estimated time of completion of early Sunday morning, February 18th. As a result, the outage of our servicing system will impact:
Our call centers (customer service and default collections) will be unavailable during the data center migration.
Friday night’s daily processing reports will continue as normal. Reports not delivered by Saturday, February 17th 8:59 am EST will be delivered after the data center migration and will be completed no later than Tuesday, February 20th, 9:30 am EST.
Our automated phone system will be unavailable during the data center migration.
Our CenNet borrower-facing website will remain available for customers to access FAQ’s however loan level information will not be available during the data center migration.
Your remote access into our servicing system and Global Teller will not be available during this time.
