Hurricane Michael Mobile Loss Draft Processing Site for Disaster Impacted Borrowers
In an effort to assist borrowers impacted by the disaster, Assurant, our third-party insurance claim provider, will be setting up a loss draft processing site in Tallahassee, Florida, which is centrally located for homeowners who have seen the greatest impacts from Hurricane Michael.
This information will be given to all borrowers who call in regarding hurricane-related loss drafts. For the best possible borrower experience and to ensure that Assurant is able to endorse your borrower’s check, borrowers will be asked to make an appointment before traveling to the mobile loss draft site. The site will be open from Monday, November 12th through Saturday, December 8th. The site will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday (November 21st through the 23rd) and will re-open Saturday November 24th.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am -6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am -1:00 pm. The center will be closed on Sundays.
