Lien Release Process Change

Please be advised that we are streamlining our Lien Release process.  Going forward all Satisfaction Custodial Documents should be sent directly to our Vendor – Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) – rather than Cenlar. This change will expedite the processing of Lien Releases for your borrowers.

NTC will image all the collateral documents and process the Satisfaction/Lien Release. Once the release has been sent to the respective county for recording, NTC will return the Note and Recorded Mortgage directly to the homeowner.

Cenlar will be communicating this change and the new mailing address below to your Document Custodian.
