Monthly Report Card (MRC) Changes

As part of Cenlar’s goal for continuous improvement, our Monthly Report Card (MRC) is being updated to include additional information to help you manage your business.

The changes include the following:

• Loss Mitigation (“LM”) Pipeline (Page 15).  We have enhanced the calculations within this report to align with those being used in the Loss Mitigation Pipeline Report.  Specifically the factors used to determine, Loans In Underwriting, Approval Letters Sent, Denial Letters Sent and Trail Modifications have been adjusted to match the newer logic in determining these categories.

The new version of the MRC will be delivered to the SFTP site and the CenAcess portal with the March month end report.
