In these unprecedented times, we’d like to talk with you directly and answer your questions about how we’re serving you and your borrowers as we mitigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jeanne Bader, our Executive Client Manager and SVP, will host a call next Wednesday, March 25 at 4 p.m. EST to provide you with an update on our pandemic plans and activity, operational impacts, GSE and regulatory guidance, and default related issues.

Format and Questions

The call will be a listen only, one-hour session where the most common pandemic questions/concerns will be addressed. If you have questions that you would like us to address, please email them by end-of-day Monday to: clientquestions@cenlar.com.

We hope you are able to attend this event.  We will send a copy of the presentation a few hours in advance of the call. Please feel free to distribute it to others from your team who will also be joining us.
