Payoff Statements Now Available Online

Great news! Borrowers requesting mortgage payoff statements can now download them from our borrower loan servicing websites (old and new). These statements will be made available, without charge, on the same day as the request. What’s more, faxed mortgage payoff requests will no longer be subject to a $5 priority delivery fee.

These payoff statements will be available to clients via the Global Teller. You will not need to make system or programming changes to take advantage of this new service.

Now you and your clients can request and get payoff statements the way you want them: via download, fax, or by mail. It’s all part of our digital transformation strategy, which you will be hearing more about in the weeks and months to come.
