Cenlar is upgrading its Citrix environment to give it a more modern look and feel on Sunday, May 13, 2018 during the regular maintenance window (6:00 am – 12:00 pm ET). All existing functionality will remain the same. During the upgrade, the Director application will not be available to clients.
If a user receives an error after logging into the application for the first time, please delete temporary internet files and reboot the device. Please consult your IT department if you should continue have issues.
