Support for Homeowners Impacted by Wildfires

Default Contact Center Open this Sunday and Monday

Cenlar will open our Default Contact Center this weekend to provide extra support to homeowners impacted by the California wildfires. Centers will remain Business as Usual for all other homeowners.
For those homeowners in the FEMA-declared disaster areas, we will be taking calls this Sunday and Monday. Our Contact Center representatives will be working from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. PT on Sunday, January 19 for mortgage payment assistance only and from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. PT on Monday, January 20, for mortgage payment assistance and insurance/claims questions.
Should homeowners call before or after these hours, they will be directed to self-serve via our IVR or CenNet. Our team is updating CenNet and cenlar.com with banner messaging that points to support resources.
Important Information about Negative Credit Reporting, Late and NSF Fees
We will proactively suppress negative credit reporting and waive late and NSF fees for all homeowners in impacted ZIP codes for 90 days.
