We will send you access information for the meeting closer to the date of the event.

Please note, this call is for current Cenlar clients only. Although you may forward this invite to interested parties within your organization, please do not forward dial-in details to other third parties. Any information shared on the call is subject to the confidentiality provisions of your respective subservicing agreement.

Learn More About Cenlar’s 2025 Holiday Schedule

Happy New Year! To allow our client partners to better plan for the coming year, we’re pleased to share Cenlar’s scheduled holidays for 2025.

Our 2025 holidays are:

• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day – Monday, January 20
• Presidents Day – Monday, February 17 (Floating holiday)
• Memorial Day – Monday, May 26
• Juneteenth – Thursday, June 19
• Independence Day – Friday, July 4
• Labor Day – Monday, September 1
• Indigenous Peoples Day – Monday, October 13 (Floating holiday)
• Veterans Day – Tuesday, November 11 (Floating holiday)
• Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 27
• Christmas Day – Thursday, December 25

There will be no reporting run on any of the above dates, as they are federal holidays. You can expect to receive your extract reports on the next business day after the overnight process runs. (For example, following Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, reports will be delivered the morning of Wednesday, January 22.)

On our floating holidays, Cenlar’s contact centers will remain open to assist homeowners, but some back-office areas, including reporting, may be closed.

As each date approaches, we will provide you with more details in the Client Bulletin about our approach to that specific holiday.

Now Available: New Insights into Regulatory Change Items

As of Jan. 1, we will issue two new reports each month to replace the Monthly Client Compliance Change Management Report, which had been published to CenAccess around the 20th of each month. We previously informed you of this change in our Dec. 20, 2024 advisory.

The new reports, available on CenAccess, are:

• Regulatory_Alerts_Inventory.YYYYMMDD – This cumulative excel report will identify all items received through Regulatory Change Management’s intake as of February 14, 2024. It includes the Title, QNumber, Effective Date, Summary, Implementation Target Date and Cenlar Impact.
• Regulatory_Alerts_Due_Last_Mo_Current_Mo.YYYYMMDD – This report will identify all action items due within each business entity’s management action plan for the prior month and coming due within the current month. The report is sorted by Implementation Target Date and provides the Title, Impact Rating, Entity, Short Description, State, Completed and Count. The Entity replaces the Business Unit Function Impacted. The Short Description is the detail of the action item for what the business needs to do to comply. For more information, please refer to the Regulatory Change Management Program.

This reporting will provide more up to date and detailed information along with a greater line of sight into the status and detailed activities associated with completion of regulatory change items. Updates on any past due and outstanding items will be provided in the next Client Bulletin, due out Monday, Jan. 27.

Be Aware of New Requirements for XML New Loan Boarding

We’ve made updates to our XML new loan boarding process to ensure the best possible experience for you and your homeowners, as well as the best possible data quality as we service your homeowner’s loan.

These updates include:

• An XML interface edit to ensure the “YearBuilt” provided is not greater than the current year and that the value contains all four digits. Please be aware that the current warning edit for an invalid “YearBuilt” will be switched to a reject on March 30, 2025.
• New fields added to the standard XML file to ensure we have proper data for buydowns and HELOCs.
• Several updated fields requiring more detailed information

Summary of January 9 MoveIT Notification Incident

On Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, some clients may have received MoveIT activity notifications pertaining to another Cenlar client. This began when a Cenlar client posted a BAU document and inadvertently copied additional users of Cenlar’s MoveIT environment. We have recalled the message and deleted related traffic. This is an isolated action, and we have confirmed no NPPI has been exposed.

Our team has taken action so that any future recurrence of this issue is not possible.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Observance

On Monday, December 2, Cenlar discovered month-end reporting was not completed properly. As a result, reporting from December 2 was delayed. Reporting for both the month of November and Monday, December 2 was finished on the evening of Wednesday, December 4.

Recently, Cenlar has been working to improve the efficiency of our monthly reporting process when a given month ends on a non-business day – either a holiday or weekend. At the end of November, those efforts created a reporting issue. We are adding additional controls to ensure we avoid such a delay in the future.
