Closed for the Holidays – Daily Reporting Updates

This is a reminder that we will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025 in observance of Christmas Day. Overnight reporting data from Wednesday, Dec. 24 will be delivered to you on Thursday the 25th. Remaining reports will be delivered on Friday, Dec. 26.

While some back-office areas will be officially closed on Friday the 26th, our cash processing teams will be working, so you will see typical data delivery times from that date. Our contact centers will also be open on Friday, Dec. 26.

We will also be closed on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026 in observance of New Year’s Day. Overnight reporting data from Wednesday, Dec. 31 will be delivered to you on Jan. 1. All remaining reports will be delivered on Friday, Jan. 2.

Thank You for Attending Our Latest Cenlar Leadership Update

Thanks to all of you who were able to attend our Update with Cenlar Leadership call Wednesday, Dec. 3. We always appreciate the opportunity to talk with you about the investments, enhancements and progress we’re making to better partner with you.

Now Live: CCM SSO and New Shutdown Dashboard

Last week, we launched CCM SSO integration through the CenAccess client portal.

CCM users now can log into CenAccess, access MFA using their mobile phone for authentication and log into CCM using the ‘Create a Ticket’ tile — one set of credentials for ease of access to all the tools and functions provisioned to them on the new CenAccess client portal.

All CCM users received a launch notification email Dec. 8 reminding them of the details. CCM users not already using CenAccess client portal also received login credentials and instructions on how to log in and utilize MFA using their mobile phones.

As part of this release, we also added a new dashboard to the CenAccess Portfolio Insight tile that will provide even more data for you at your fingertips. The Government Shutdown dashboard mirrors the existing daily dashboard received via SFTP, but allows you to easily view, filter and analyze your data, giving you greater control and insight. Your SFTP reports will continue as usual, while the dashboard offers an additional, user-friendly way to access and explore your information.

BAU Process for Forbearance Effective This Month

Supporting homeowners and ensuring they receive the assistance they need remains our top priority. With the conclusion of the recent government shutdown, we will transition back to our standard BAU process for forbearance offerings, effective Dec. 15.

While homeowners facing a hardship associated with the government shutdown can still apply for assistance, they will be required to complete the standard intake questionnaire/documentation.
