Cenlar Call Centers Experiencing Connectivity Issues May 31, 2024

We’re pleased to report that we have resolved today’s connectivity issue, and our Default Call Center and Customer Interaction call center have been restored to normal operations. Our representatives are taking calls, resuming outbound calls, and are ready and available to assist homeowners.

The outage persisted from open of business until 9:15 a.m. ET. We continue to work to investigate the issue, and will share any information as soon as we are able.
