Cenlar Recognized by Fannie Mae as a STAR Performer

We’re thrilled to announce that Cenlar has been recognized by Fannie Mae as a STAR Performer in the Solutions Delivery category. The award is part of Fannie Mae’s Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards™ (STAR™) Program, which recognizes high-performing mortgage servicers for their competency, capacity and overall performance.

Honorees in the Solutions Delivery category were chosen based on their ability to resolve delinquent loans and their effectiveness at managing their collections call center. In addition, organizations were evaluated based on Fannie Mae’s Servicer Capability Framework (SCF), which evaluates individual servicer capabilities across standard dimensions of people, processes, and technology.

Since 2011, Fannie Mae’s STAR Program has enabled broad and lasting improvements across the mortgage servicing industry by promoting servicing knowledge and excellence. This marks the fifth time Cenlar has been named as a STAR Performer. Cenlar has long been recognized in the mortgage industry as a leader for its technological and operational innovations, maintaining the highest standards of risk management and compliance and providing the highest level of service and integrity for homeowners.

New Field Added to Daily Disaster Dashboard Report

As you know, in order to provide you information about loans that are currently in a ZIP code where there has been a presidentially declared FEMA disaster, we send to you a daily Disaster Dashboard Report. This report also appears on CenAccess.

As of Monday, March 18, we have added an “Investor Identity” field as the last data field in the report. If you are ingesting the data from our Disaster Dashboard Report, you will need to add this additional field to your integration.

New Homeowner Website Guide Available on CenAccess

We’ve updated our client guide to the homeowner website. The new version — entitled “Cenlar’s Homeowner Website Guide 3-7-24” — can be found on CenAccess, on the Training & Reference menu under User Manuals.

Cenlar SVP Ingrid Jaschok Featured on Women’s History Month Panel

Cenlar Senior Vice President of Default Operations Ingrid Jaschok was one of seven executives to participate in a panel celebrating accomplished female leaders in the mortgage industry.

The panel, which took place as a webinar March 15, was hosted by law firm McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce. In honor of Women’s History Month, the event focused on the power of women supporting women in the mortgage industry.

A well-known expert in the mortgage space, Jaschok was the recipient of the 2019 Women in Housing Leadership Award for Diversity & Inclusion, and frequently appears as a presenter at industry events. In February, she was one of four panelists at “The Future of Inspecting and Preserving Residential Properties” session during the Mortgage Bankers Association Servicing Solutions Conference & Expo in Orlando.
