In observance of the July Fourth Holiday, Cenlar’s offices will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2016.   Any files received on Monday, July 4th, will not be processed until the night of Tuesday, July 5th and output will be available on Wednesday morning.  

We will be updating versions of the solution, MOVEit®, that delivers reports and extracts on Sunday, July 10, 2016. The version update is from MOVEit version 7.5 to MOVEit® Transfer (version 8.3). This migration will be transparent, have no client impact, and there will be no changes in client output file content or structure.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have lifted the suspension of compensatory fee assessments in District of Columbia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, and New York.
